NORQAIN offers a 30-day return policy for all unworn and undamaged fashion items in their original packaging. We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase through a seamless and transparent exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your NORQAIN account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box, ensuring all tags are attached and the completed return form is included inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
